Behind the successes there is a lot of hard work and perspiration and dedication. Most people do not see this. This is like the tip of the iceberg, only ten percent is visible above the water and ninety percent is submerged. People only see the tip of the iceberg. Extending this analogy to the way Chennaiites are mastering the flood situation (which alas did not get much media attention in the western world), much of the hard work and the services rendered by the "Aam Aadmi" (common man) to alleviate the sufferings of tens of thousands in Chennai has gone unnoticed.
