For this week I have chosen a sketch I did in January this year, on the occasion of the sun returning to the Northern Hemisphere; as a reminder of a natural process and to honour the natural energy cycles. The sun is the Source of energy that fuels our lives and all life forms on our planet. Yet it is only one tiny minuscule source of energy in the vastness we are yet to fathom.
In the past weeks, my family and I have received so much help.
It was reassuring to have our prayers answered in a timely manner. As they say, everything in its time. The lesson of trust, that everything will happen in its time, is a hard lesson to learn; but my family and I are living proof that prayer and trust make things happen.
Thank you to all of you who stood by us in deed, thought and prayer. In one of our weakest moments, you have proved that strength and energy can also be derived from without. In a way that is so intangible, yet real, we are all connected to the Source and to each other.
